Well equipped departmental museum with essential charts, models, dry samples, wet samples, herbarium sheets. Pharmacognosy laboratory with various microscopes, chemicals, dissection kit, slides etc. Departmental library occupying various categories of textbooks, Samhita, Nighantu, practical books etc. One medicinal plants garden is available consisting large number of useful medicinal plants species. Demonstration room attached to garden is also being constructed.
This filed of Ayurveda can expand to more vigorous research activities related to drug discovery.
