Swasthavritta is the branch of Ayurveda which deals with prevention of disease. We guide students by educating , equipping and empowering individuals with information and resources they need to protect their health has been the priority area of the Swasthavritta department.

Swasthavritta department helps in achieving good health and well – being on physical and mental , social and spiritual level. Swasthavritta gives priority to health promotion and prevention of the disease. The students are trained with practical knowledge of Shat Kriya , yogasana, pranayama, dhyana, dharana, yoganidra according to disease by trained and expert yoga teacher.
Department has adequate space & well – developed departmental libraray, museum , models , visual aids of yogasana , pranayama and charts for demonstration as per NCISM.
