State-Level Anatomy Quiz Competition
We are proud to announce that our students from Dr. Vasant Parikh Ayurvedic Medical College participated in a State-Level Anatomy Quiz Competition on 14th October 2024, organized by the PG Department of Rachana Sharira, J.S. Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Nadiad, Gujarat, as part of the World Anatomy Day celebrations.
It was an enriching experience for our students, who showcased their knowledge and enthusiasm for anatomy. Congratulations to all participants for their dedication and effort! .

UNESCO listed Heritage Sites of Vadnagar like KIRTI TORAN , TANA RIRI & SHARMISHTA LAKE
Today on 27/9/2024, NSS unit of Dr.Vasant Parikh Ayurvedic Medical College, Vadnagar carried out swachhta activities at UNESCO listed Heritage Sites of Vadnagar like KIRTI TORAN , TANA RIRI & SHARMISHTA LAKE under the theme of Swachhta hi Seva.
Swachhta activity was carried out with 35 NSS Volunteers with Pledge. .

*ડો.વસંત પરીખ આયુર્વેદિક મેડિકલ કોલેજ, વડનગર, NSS Unitદ્વારા આજ તા.૨૫/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ **પોષણ માસ * જાગૃતિ અભિયાન ઉજવણી અંતર્ગત અત્રે ની કોલેજ ખાતે એનીમીયા, પૂરક આહાર, *નુક્કડ નાટક, પી.પી.ટી.પ્રેઝન્ટેશન જેવા વિવિધ કાર્યક્રમો આયોજીત કરવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં.આ કાર્યક્રમ સ્વસ્થવૃત્ત વિભાગ નાં સહયોગ થી સંચાલિત કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો જેમા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, અધ્યાપકો અને સ્વયં સેવકોએ ખૂબ જ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક ભાગ લીધો હતો. .

On 10/08/2024, Charak Jayanti Mahotsav was organized by the Sanskrit Department of Sanskrit, various programs like Sanshita Poojan, Sanshita reading, speech, prize distribution and Charak pledge were done along with this N. S. S. Tree plantation was also organized by the unit under the theme "One tree mother to name".

We are proud to announce the successful organization of the Indian Organ Donation Day program on 3rd August 2024 by the Department of Rachana Sharir at Dr. Vasant Parikh Ayurvedic Medical College. Dr. Aneesh. T, Associate Professor of the Department of Rachana Sharir, led an insightful session on organ donation awareness. The event was attended by Dr. Geetha Kumar, Head of the Department, and Dr. Bhavya Rathava, Assistant Professor. Our students actively participated in the discussion and delivered compelling presentations on the importance of organ donation. Together, we are committed to spreading awareness and saving lives! .

Department of Rachana Sharir (Human Anatomy) conducted a cadaveric oath-taking ceremony for our first-year BAMS students.
We are pleased to announce that the Department of Rachana Sharir (Human Anatomy) at Dr. Vasant Parikh Ayurvedic Medical College, Vadnagar, conducted a cadaveric oath-taking ceremony for our first-year BAMS students. Cadavers are to be treated with the utmost respect, revered as the first silent teachers of medical students. To honor the selfless act of body donation, the tradition of taking a cadaveric oath is essential. This oath is a solemn pledge recited by students, emphasizing their commitment to uphold the dignity and integrity of the human remains they will work with. Undertaking this oath before cadaver dissection serves as an introduction to the fundamental principles of ethics for first-year medical students. It reminds us to acknowledge the mortality of the cadaver and instils a deep sense of appreciation for the invaluable gift of anatomical knowledge bestowed upon us by the donors. .

કરુણા સેતુ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા સંચાલિત વસંત પ્રભા આયુર્વેદિક હોસ્પિટલ એ તા. 11/2/2021 ના રોજ ખેરાલુ ગામ માં મફત નિદાન તેમજ ચિકિત્સા કેમ્પ નું આયોજન કરેલ હતું.
જેમાં ડૉ. નરેન્દ્રસિંહ ઠાકોર, ડૉ. હસ્તી નિનામા, ડૉ. લક્ષ્મી ચૌધરી, ડૉ. હરેશા દ્વારા 231 લાભાર્થી ઓ ને લાભ આપવામાં આવ્યો.

વસંત પ્રભા આયુર્વેદીક હોસ્પિટલ ખાતે ૧૧-૧૦-૨૦૨૦ના રોજ પુષ્ય નક્ષત્રના દિવસે બાળકો માટે સુવર્ણ પ્રાશનનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.જેમાં 21 બાળકોએ લાભ લીધો . સુવર્ણ પ્રાશન આયુર્વેદીક રસીકરણ છે, જે બાળકની રોગપ્રતિકારકશક્તિ વધારે છે. ૧૬વર્ષ સુધીના બાળકોને સુવર્ણ પ્રાશન કરાવી શકાય છે. દરેક પુષ્ય નક્ષત્રના દિવસે સુવર્ણ પ્રાશનનું વિના મૂલ્યે વસંત પ્રભા આયુર્વેદીક હોસ્પિટલ ખાતે આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે.
